Brave Hazel Boutique and the House of Olde is located in Carlinville, Illinois, on the beautiful and historic downtown square. 

Starting as a online boutique with a traveling trailer, it was always my dream to open a store front. Never in my wildest dreams did I think God would lead us to this more than perfect spot right on the west side of the square. Carlinville offers many amazing small shops from an adorable flower shop right outside the door of Brave Hazel to an amazing shoe store just two blocks away who offer the best brands and and even better service. Carlinville is truly a destination shopping area for supporting small businesses. Small, family-run businesses offer something special that big box stores just cannot provide. Here at Brave Hazel and the House of Olde, we are here to help you pick a new outfit for family pictures or a loved one's wedding. We are here to pray with you during all of life's ups and downs. We are here to help you find that perfect wreath for your front door or the cute sign to hang in your dining room. We truly love to help you while you shop.

Throughout our store front you will also find jewelry and handmade items from OOAK Goods which are ethically made goods from around the globe. You will also find a men's section with trendy shirts, hats, and more. Alon with a kid's section offering the cutest outfits and more for your little ones! There is truly something for everyone!
